One picture instead of twenty apps
Vibedo keeps all eight areas of your life in view. Lira notices where you’re running low and suggests one small step. You decide whether to take it.
Eight areas
You rate each area yourself, from 0 to 10. The total doesn’t matter; the balance does. When one area grows at the expense of the rest, burnout follows.
Lira
Lira is an AI coach in Telegram. In the morning she asks how you slept and how you feel. In the evening she reviews the day: what worked and what got in the way. For tomorrow she suggests one micro-quest in the area that is thinnest right now.
Lira doesn’t shame, doesn’t grade and doesn’t pretend to be human. She sees connections that are hard to notice yourself: poor sleep, sweets at night, a heavy morning.
Avatar
Your state in a single image: energy plus eight area indicators. The first release has a text avatar; a 3D one comes later. It changes with what you do, not with what you promise.
Shadow
Shadow is the habits that pull you back: sweets, late-night scrolling, cigarettes, impulse spending. Instead of shame, observation. Tap “I slipped”, note where and after what, and get a small plan for tomorrow. Every calm hour weakens your “inner monster”.
Vibedo doesn’t treat addiction or make diagnoses. If it’s hard to cope alone, talk to a specialist.
Life ROI
Vibedo turns what you spend on habits into what that money could have done. Takeout three times a week is about €1,680 a year: a good coach, or a week by the sea. Not to blame you, but to make the choice visible.
